This is an organised "Themed Car Display."....organised in the usual ultra casual french style ........it is sort of chaos with marshals and self appointed marshals guiding everyone around.
You can get round the circuit if you push your bike through the display and then cycle on to Indianapolis BUT you can't drive through - it is blocked.
