"The FORD RACING TEAM LE MANS association is organising a spectacular exhibition of racing cars on Wednesday 7 June to celebrate the Centenary of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The exhibition will feature some 120 vehicles, including a showcase of around 80 emblematic machines that have competed in the 24 Hours over the last century, and sports cars from prestigious brands such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche and McLaren. A selection of American GTs such as the Ford Mustang, the Chevrolet Corvette, the AC Cobra and the Mercury Cougar will also be displayed. A host of stalls selling paintings, sculptures, model cars and graphic novels will be present at the full-day event (09:00–18:00), held on the cathedral square. Several authors will be on hand to sign their works too. There will be an opportunity to listen to interviews with former racing drivers and enjoy a ride in a supercar. Refreshments available."
